Mr. Thomas Van Hooser is proprietor of SAFE WORKPLACE INSPECTION SERVICES. He has 40 years Health, Safety and Environmental experience in heavy/general construction associated with the following project types:

• Green field:   Refinery, LNG Plants, Methanol Plant, Styrene Plant, Aromatics Plant, Natural Gas, Marine facilities, buildings and plant support facilities.
• Brown field:  Refinery, LNG Plants, Styrene Plant, Ethylene Plant, Methanol Plant, Marine facilities.
• Demolition of decommissioned process plants and buildings. Asbestos and red lead base paint abatement.  
• Facility operation and maintenance.

CREDENTIALS:  Mr. Van Hooser is a Board Certified Safety Professional, Occupational Health and Safety Technician, Construction Health and Safety Technician and Board Certified Professional Environmental Auditor (Health and Safety). 

EXPERIENCED IN THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF CONTRACTS:  LSTK,  PMT, PMC, EPC, EPCM Contractor and subcontractor.
